Shot Reverse Shot

 

Shot-Reverse-Shot is a technique which when multiple characters are talking to each other we see there head and shoulder most often whilst also seeing the other character. This show the audience that the two characters are looking at each other. a good example of this is the trailer of Friends With Benefits. the shot reverse shot is dependandt on the 180 degree rule is obeyed so it does not disorientate the viewer.
